South Shore High School Boy's 4 x 100 Relay Team

The boy's 41.05 4x100 for South Shore US#1, NYS #2 All Time, and a PSAL Record was set at the NY Relays last weekend. When was the last time a NYS team led the country in the 4x100m? After some research it is believed to be Boys High in 1948 when they ran 42.0y. 59 years is a long time.

Yesterday South Shore was the only high school team from the US to make the finals of the 4x100 at the Penn Relays. All of the other seven teams were from Jamaica.
