Shannon Browne, the city PSAL cross country champion, had been out while having wisdom teeth extracted.

She led every step of the way in copping the 1,500-meter run in 5:08.43 at the PSAL Holiday Classic Meet.

Shannon is our BreakThru Athlete of the Week. We salute her efforts!
