Molloy Wins in close team battle

Archbishop Molloy won the 2007 CHSAA Outdoor Track Championships by the slim margin of one half point over Monsignor Farrell at Ichan Stadium. The team title was not decided until the final relay. Molloy did not have a team entered in the 4 x 400 and Farrell needed to finish in the top two teams to win.

Farrell ended up third in a seasonal-best of 3 minutes, 27.33 seconds. Farrell's pole vaulter Kyle Duggan the meet's Outstanding Field Performer -- was outstanding breaking the meet record by clearing 15 feet, 9 1/4 inches.
